After being out on the hoy all day for the footy just after xmas my brother returned home and had a game on the tennis...

He jumped up for a forearm smash and smashed the light in the living room, not only smashing a glass lightshade/bulb into about a thousand pieces but causing the trip switch to blow and putting the house in darkness. Score

Got a Wii and a 360. Wii is fun and all that, but there's times when you just want to lay back on your couch with a few beers, get stoned, and play pro Evo/Tiger Woods without having to move as much as a few fingers

Ive got the same, I dont play the wii much by myself except Mario because I feel a bellend jumping about the sitting room by myself

I sold my wii after about 6months cos i'm far too lazy- would probs get another one for mario galaxy but other than that, there's nowt would persuade me to get one....

I've got a ps3 and I love it, the games are starting to come through now, Call of duty 4 is absolutely brilliant, the online multiplayer is amazing, Warhawk is a class online game too, uncharted drakes fortune is one of the best single player games i've played in years, skate is excellent

i've got mine wired to a router that I share with my pc and have a program called tversity running on my pc so I can download a movie to my pc then stream it on my ps3

the new price drop makes it a much better buy, the only reason I bought mine early was because I bought a 360 and was paranoid before I bought it that it was gonna break and low and behold the day I bought the 360 it was already knackered so I thought "f*ck this" got a refund and bought the ps3, haven't got an hd telly yet but gonna try and pick one up in the sales

my bro has a wii, he bought it to play with his girlfriend they hardly ever use it now though, he plays galaxy sometimes but he's not into the wii at all, says he wishes he'd bought a ps3

I got a Wii for Christmas - great fun, don't think I'll play it daily, but enough to make it worth having. I've never had a console before, as I'm not really one to sit playing games for hours, so the Wii is just for a bit of fun now and then, and fun if you have friends round.

Just got an hd telly to put my ps3 through yesterday, Jesus! call of duty 4 looks absolutely amazing both on and offline, looking forward to checking out a blu-ray dvd on it

i want skate to come out on the wii but i dont think it will

the controls on skate could be mad for the wii, attach the nunchucks to your feet or summik

id love it tho, with me skating years ago itd be a reet laugh

I bought Mario & Sonic at the olympics on Fri wi the money id made off Mario Party, gonna have a play on it later.

I did for a little while before i went out last night n it seemed spot on.

Am still lovin the Wii to be honest, money well spent for once.

Okay so the graphics arnet exactly top notch but the gameplay is good and a laugh with mates.

Mario olympics is the best game I have played in ages......

it's miles better than tony hawk, much more of a simulation feel to it

with the 'all in one' boxes i think it will be like hifi's, most who don't care will get an all in one for ease, those who know their stuff will get separates cos ultimately they'll be better quality and the whole system will be more customisable...
