Well I'm out a quid thanks to them red herrings in the advert not a single number he couldn't have predicted them though, hence not showing the numbers until it was announced
haha paul daniels was getting in a flap earlier this week apparently: http://www.guardian.co.uk/culture/2009/sep/09/derren-brown-lottery-paul-daniels "Magic Circle" FFS man
Did the camera change as he went to reveal the balls? I was thinking that maybe it flicked to a recorded scene, with the numbers imposed over the top. Or electronic balls or something.
Would love to go to one of his live shows. I remember his trick of making people forget stuff using it to cash in a losing bet slip. My mte tried it to get on a bus and got told to pay up or fuck off
nah nothing looked remotely suspect like, however that's his job to cover up anything that does. Fb is going a bit mad over it like
Rumours of lasers being used on a football site I post on. I have not seen it but I reckon its a case of the viewer watching the BBC draw via C4 which creates the time for him to look like he is ahead of the draw but he is not. He will be watching special broadcaster feed or the live draw on BBC giving him enough seconds to get the correct ball.
he'd already had the numbers written on balss turned around then the lottery came on and it wasnt delayed cos i checked on the bbc.
Either a case of a. camera trickery or b. somehow adding the numbers to the balls after they were drawn. As is usually the case, good chance of a misleading yet slightly more plausible explanation on Friday. Possibly a bit pseudo-science thrown in for good measure.
