they really are......they owe me £120 on my bonus but won't pay me it because they are now trying to say that if a customer has the option to press 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 that they can magic up 4.73!!

not at all! part of our bonus is based on viewscast.....we get the customer we've spoke to to go thru & do a survey on the fone.....they have the ioption to press 1-5 depending on how satisfied they were with the call.....they won't give me the full amount on my bonus claiming i've only got 4.73.....

to get 4.73 i have to have had at least one 5 results but now they're trying to say thats not the case! :evil:

to make matters worse the bitch who's said this came down last week & spoke to me admitting they were in the wrong & that i had 5 results....

she also expalined that we weren't being bonused on averages but your top result....

apparently if i get a 5 in sweptember & they have that on trhere system i'll get it back dated but if not tough shit......:evil:

It must be an average hun. I wouldnt hold your breath for getting ya money off them. They didnt pay me what I was due when I left and when I brought it up they denied all knowledge of me working there

if you have no higher than 4, there isnt a possible way that you can get an average higher than 4.
example:
4,4,4,4

ave=4
4,4,4,5

ave=4.25

we have a brief form the bonus department stating we get paid on our highest mark!! i have a copy of this!!

if you have a brief then you've cracked it. written evidence will stand up at an employment tribunal

Go and get something done about it then. If you have written evidence of whats been said then they cant do that to you.
