    I've just realised my life is shit

    Don't get me wrong. I have a great family and even better friends. Especially all of u. I wudnt swap any of you for the world and I doubt I'd be here without you. I also realise that I'm very lucky to have what I have. It cud have been a whole lot worse.

    The rest is fucking shit tho.

    It's my disability. It gets me down at times. I know its stupid really but sumtimes I have to ask 'why me' and 'what if'. Sorry for depressing u all with all this shit tho.

    I know and I can't express how grateful i am in words to know all of u. Ur all the greatest mates. I've been saying that for 22 years tho. I know its still true but its still hard to realise that when Im in a mood like this.
