    Its a spirit. it dosen't taste nowt like Gin. Really nice and fruity.
    Most people drink it with lemonade but I like it on its own.

    Very True, Sloe Gin however, is not mingin.
    Sarah, the next time u go to the Grapes or the Blue Bell in Bedlington, get a Sloe Gin.:D

    Blue Bell was my firsy local. The owners are class and they have at least 3 lock-ins per week. I love the place.
    Prefer the Tavern nowadays though:D

    i used to go to the tavern all the time, but usually go to the red lion now:D

    Red Lion is ok too. Usually go to there and the Tav if I'm out during the week.
    The Red Lion put there prices up every two weeks or summit though:(

    New manager hun.
    I was thinking the same thing as well like.
    A few weeks a go i bought a glass of white wine in there and it was one pound odd, then a couple of weeks later i bought another glass and it was £2.60:eek: :eek: canny price difference:evil:

    You'd think it would be canny cheap though. I hope it gets turned into a Weatherspoons which has been rumoured.Cheap as fuck:D
    The new manager seems canny, he was helping me and Debs in the quiz a few month back. We needed the help:lol:

    My dad says its dead easy to make, he makes strawberry vodka and stuff.
    I'm gonna have a shot at making some asap:)
