Worst club soundsystem...

going on from the other thread bout foundations soundsystem, i jus wondered what peeps thought was the worst club system they had heard on a night out?

Tall Tree's echoes to fuck in some parts but thats due to the sheer size of the place !

I aint really picked up on any others as im norm too :spangled: to remember !

Clear bar from behind the decks (no monitor), and (Cringe), the Stage Door for both. That actually sounded alright until Purvy popped the speaker :evil:

I'll get shot for this but gatecrasher are shit with their sound - when the huge trancey breakdown kicks in all you hear is "I've got so much love to give" blasting from the funky room...

As someone said tall trees is shit...

I don't like the system in the Empire/Sugarshack, too tinny and it distorts alot.
I have only been 4 or five times but this is what I thought all of the times I have visited!!!

yeah i hate it when you get noise from the other rooms, confuses the fukk outta me!!!

an when gg is on how pants is the house room, in the entrance...

last time i was there i wondered into the alexander suite thinkin that what i could here was comming out of there (it wasn't that loud) an when i got in there it was loadsa cyberkids dancing to s club - reach!:spangled:

when you stand @ the back about 10/15 metre's away from the speaker wall.. i find it hard to beat the empire.

it is much better since the refurb when they separted th club into two rooms.

i rate the empires ss!!

crasher has an excelllent sound system if u on the dancelfoor, but when u step off u cant hear it, which is a shame cos we can never hear it from our corner!!
and then the upstairs room kicks in too!!

i'd thought i'd had something dodgy, then realised i was compleatly sober, an got a lil bit more freaked out!

Oh, and Space's sound is utter shite from the VIP room upstairs.

Think this is just more a problem of a poorly-placed VIP room than sound, but all you really get is the top end, and a massive delay with the bottom.

We sat listening to DJ Vibe for about an hour and a half goin "What the fuck? He can't mix for shit!", went downstairs and he was class.

I have only been once since the refurbishment to see Fergie there, I didn't really have a good night because of other things, so I didn't take much notice of the sound accept that it sounded a bit quiet.

the layout is good cos there are places to wander to, but the crowd are the most disguisting bunch of fuck ups ever!!!and the line ups are usually pretty poor!!

Yeah, I meant the layout is good. The bouncers we're tossers with us when we went there once.
I dont really notice the crowd when we go there because we usually go in a group of 30 or over and tend to stick together mate.

the sound system at o'briens was terrible no moniter and a sound limiter wich was turned right up so when they changed the mixer to a louder on you couldnt play that loud kind of defiyed our name really

egypt cottage has perhaps the worst system!!

last week the right deck was more quiet through the speakers, but in the heaphones the left deck had no bass at all, this was a massive problem as if a tune had a bit of an intro to it you couldn't 100% tell when the beat came in!

also i dont even know if the speakers in the bar end even work!!it was pretty quiet!!

it never used to be this bad did it???

ec needs the refit they bragged about getting...

playrooms used to be gash - I thought anyway

wasn't too bad at playrooms!!!least they had loudness!!
