    Freaky Dancing Regret To Announce...

Sorry for the fact that DJ Rolando was advertised. Through no fault of our own, Theremin (his Dj agency) or the other club involved he cancelled after he had previously confirmed he would be playing for us. We discovered last week that his manager had been sitting on 2 bookings for the same night and he accepted the other one at Technique in Leeds. This is all down to greedy management and DJs (the real problem with the dance scene). We have lost a large amount of money (20,000 flyers printed, adverts, posters) and were left with 2-3 weeks to sort out a new headliner for the event.

    Underground Resistance my arse.

So...to replace Rolando (the Aztec Mystic who can't see beyond his own wallet) we have Brighton based Justin Berkovi performing live. Justin has been producing since 1998 and runs the labels Predicaments and Nightrax, his live show has recentley been on tour all round Europe partnering DJ Rush.
    More info here: www.predicaments.com/vers...erkovi.htm

Joining Justin and also performing live from classic London Acid Techno collective Stay Up Forever will be The Geezer and Ant.
    More info here: www.truelove.co.uk/labels/suf/

The rest of the line up remains unchanged - Greg Vickers and Ian Taylor from Tribal Sessions will be providing some rare Djing action if we can fit some decks in amongst all the live equipment in the main room.
    More Info: www.tribalgathering.co.uk

Well, I'm sure like every other time we've been to the uni for something like this we'll be the first ones there.

And I reckon it'll be worth it!!

Gutted! Was really looking forward to seeing Dj Rolando. Justin Berkovi is a excellent replacement tho'. He warmed up Sven Vath at the Orbit back in May when Richard Bartz couldn't make it. The warehouse party sounds very tasty!!! Gud work from the Freaky Dancing lads I think.

    freaky

Madness - just registered on here to post the line up and someones beat me to it. ta Allie

Everythings looking good for this now. Posters and (new) flyers are about.

For anyone sitting on the fence about this come down. Think theres a sufficient variety of styles on to suit everyones taste. We promise you'll have a rocking night. And the warehouse party is all systems go (2 at least!)

Be there or be bored at slam.
