    Clubs are pish now, Progression is the only one worthy of note! Colours do the odd night though but I don't think there is much going on at the moment.

    Good place for drinking though, good friendly atmophere though avoid Lothian Road, it's got a bad reputation. I was even jumped last time I was there :lol:

    Not really bothered about clubing like. Just wanted to go out for afew drinks, something to eat, etc.

    Been loads of times as my ex boyfriend lives nearish there (Peebles). It's good for eating & drinking but poor for clubbing (IMO). Excellent for shopping. :D But aye, it's canny, really friendly atmosphere, not quite as friendly as a night in the Toon but still canny.. and people dig the Geordie accent. :D

    The shopping is pretty good, just on the main street, they have the same shops that Newcastle have(USC etc) but with different clothes.
    I found a mint record shop when I was there, spent a fortune:)

    Clubs are wank but pubs ok...

    seeing as youre going with the missues check out the zoo for cute funrry things. chicks love things like that. ;)

    Best thing about Eboro is the architecture.

    Princes St and George St for shopping.

    Go up the mount to bar kohl for the best cocktails u'll ever taste and all things vodka related.

    Cant remember where else i went for a drink i was that pissed, i know it was good tho.
