THE NAPPY MAN OF BORO Police are hunting a man who hides in bushes and approaches women wearing only a nappy. The man has reportedly accosted women in his oversized baby outfit asking if there are baby changing facilities in the area. He waits in bushes late at night before choosing his victims. Police in Cleveland say they are becoming increasingly concerned about his antics. He has struck several times in the Eaglescliffe area in the last few months. The latest incident reported was in a play area. A police spokesman said: "The man approached a woman out walking her dog and said to her: 'Are there any baby changing facilities in the area?' "The startled woman said no and walked off, leaving the man still running around dressed in his nappy." Inspector Ian Garrett said no one had been assaulted by the nappy-wearing man but his behaviour was bizarre and a cause for concern. He said: "We are keen to trace him and speak to him."
