i agree there like, fair enough there's a big rivalry n gna be confrontations between fans shoutin n swearin etc etc, but that was all under control apparently. to me that's part of football, especially when we're all so passionate about futy in the north east (mags and the mackems) but throwin a brick through a bus window? it's just takin it too far

i think it does make a difference if they were at the match though, i bet the vast majority of the 300 weren't at the match and had just been sittin gettin pissed all day watchin it in a pub. probably wantin to cause bother after the match. but credit to the sunderland fans they never caused/got involved in any of it so the 300 geordies turn onto the police...why? fuckin mindless pricks who give newcastle, as a town, a bad name.

i just hope people dont try and blame the club, it's not their fault there's a small percentage of toon fans in the city wantin to cause trouble outside the stadium.
