i've changed laptops and re-installed ableton, only problem is i don't have any of the audio effects available

the drop down menu is there in the explorer pane with all the various main effects - auto pan, compressor, reverb, resonator etc. - but there's nothing within those sub-folders, no presets

    any ideas...??

yea i've tried that twice now mate

i have noticed that the first time i installed it where the presets should be it was saying 'Current Project (temp)', then after uninstalling and re-installing it now says 'Current Project (temp-2)'...it must have some temporary files saved somewhere but i can't find those to remove lol

    pissin me off now!

yea it's authorised mate, i've uninstalled again, found all the hidden temp files and re-re-re-installed it! and this time chose the option to update existing library instead of creating a new library...that might have been the problem!

i pressume that's going to do the same as a library repair, but if not i'll give that a go mick :) cheers
