    i drew it on illustrator with a brush, not hard since you can move all the points around after you've done it

    Mentioning That, I've created it as a brush - which you can easily use on photoshop mate:

    Just Load that file up in your brush presets and its the first one on there - i couldent be arsed to delete the other random ones on there :lol:
