Glade Festival 2007 Fuck me. Who'd have thought dancing in the mud could be so much fun? The origin stage was kicking off all weekend, I didn't give a fuck about the (foot deep) mud once I had wellies, everyone just dealt with it and was in high spirits. It was a full on monsoon most of Friday and we tended to spend it under the gazeebo moaning. Once it died off people headed off about the place. The Origin outdoor Psy Trance stage was kicking off, full of fit psy trance hippies, all covered in mud and having it. Missed Infusion, Hybrid, Sander K etc and got stuck into the Psy Trance all Saturday aswell, driving basslines building and dropping all over the place and the place was going off. Eat Static came on and I was in my element, big pyschedelic breakdowns, huge basslines, I was standing there dancing buckled and started getting synaesthesia, it was absolutely amazing I've never experienced anything like it. On the Sunday I fell asleep through the day then went to see Allaby at the Origin stage. He played The Egg - Angel of My Soul and I nearly creamed my pants. Driving, dark trance through and through, I was in my element again. people seemed to be scared of a bit of rain after spending a weekend getting wrecked and dancing in the mud because of some half arsed met office warning. We got back to camp and it was fucking deserted, everyone had fucked off early on the Sunday. ¬ Fucking quality weekend, fuck the mud, the music and the people were spot on and everyone was loving it. Glade is unreal, dancing to Psy Trance in a field with a fucking nature reserve infront of me was something to be seen. I'm getting a bit emotional again, here are my photos/videos. It was unbelievable. Good thing I love Psychedelic Trance though, otherwise I'd have been stuck with breaks, drum n bass and gabba all weekend.

Had a good time time not really a patch on pervious years due to the weather and sound restictions in the overkill tent. Great friendly Crowd as always not a charva/scally in sight. Did hear some really good progressive trance and some of the psy was actual quite good this year. Shades of Rythmn were great on the sunday afternoon and the pussy parlour was a good laugh again shame i missed most the acts i wanted to see on the friday due to the weather Feel awful today on a proper low but thats what 3 days of caining it does to you.
My camera actually broke in my wet pocket during the downpour, and I stole Rossy's camera so a lot of his photos and videos were thanks to me because I'm great. Here are some off my phone though! How happy do I look! Actually I'm still grinning.
