Ibiza - the New Years Day sunset I have a link to a webcam on my Google Desktop - at 5.30pm, Ibiza time, the sun looked like this from Cafe Del Mar (all the way to the left compared to where it's at when you visit in the Summer..) Just for those of you who care..
I just don't get this whole sunset thing in Ibiza! It's the same sun you get anywhere else, infact it looks alot better in many other places. Is it an ecstasy thing?:spangled:
It actually looks better there, when you cant see the beach and munters. Quite nice. Never actually thought about it changing place depending on what time of year
Its a bit like the UK really, at the minute the sun sets in the South West but in the summer it stretches to the West almost as far as the North West towards the longest day in June.
Well she can feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but I think she was talking about Ibiza when it's not peak season, not the position that the sun is in at different points of the year. Either way you are still talking about the position of the sun at different times/dates again.
Bollocks we have pink skies, horse and carts, mechanical cows and wonderfull English countryside. You have black water, littered beaches and dirty scutters. Beamish wins hands down!
I think cafe del mar is total shite though. Sunset looked better from coastline , and it isnt so much of a bombsite.
lol.......we have some mint sunsets like and as for the mechanical cows.....i was out for a run and thought i was tripping when i stumbled across them....and both my dogs shit themselves
I don't get the hype about Cafe Del Mar e.t.c, the music was shite and I thought Khumaras was loads better, loads of class downtempo and a better area. Loads of hippies smoking green everywhere aswell, I hear they do some quality raves a couple of times a year.
