I had one yesterday and start on Monday. The interviews not that bad, pretty informal all the way.

    You should do fine.

What exactly goes on for 4 hours though, can you explain, seems a very long time to me.

Its fairly relaxed and their not really in any hurry to get through it but I had a few tests (personality, keyboard skills, maths and another one) then the interview and finally a team excerise where the interviewers sit and make notes on your involvment and stuff.

I came out of it unscathed! It did drag on a bot unneccessarily!!! Don't know if i got the job. I think there technique was much better than just a 15 minute interview though! I mean what can people find out about u as a person in 15 minutes! It's much fairer this way, especially since i'm REALLY shit at interviews! I'm too relaxed and too myself! I cant put on an interview head for anyone, this is what ya get and if ya dont like it then fuck ya a dont want ya shitty job! Hoo like cushdy belta!
