Swear words on the board??

Why does c-u-n-t get automaticaly edited out, but words like fuck, prick, cock, etc don't?? I don't understand!! I mean I'm not really bothered either way about any of them, but don't see how the C word is any worse!!

i think spence asked for it to be edittted out cos he was starting to get into bother at work for so many swear words being up on a page or something like that...i on the toher hand may have made the whole thing up...but i can't remember!

The Gods board is class, if you type Arsenal it comes up as ****nal.

it doesn't really make any1 swear less cos they jus put c unt or something.

think its for the peeps at work so the page doesn't get automatically blocked due to obscene content... probs wrong tho!

I know theres a few times ive went to have a quick check on board at wrk and websweeper blocks access to the page n auto reports the blocked attempt...

Tis hassle wen u wanna check summit quick....

I would not really be too bothered, but if it was put to a poll I would probably say no, cause you should be able to say what you want tbf, but I totally understand why it would be a good idea!!

I think its jus a gud idea so ppl can use it at wrk without getting into bother/havin pages blocked etc...

I dont use it often at wrk granted...only the odd time..but it does annoy me wen i cant see stuff a want cos it gets blocked

u shud be able to say what u want yeah...BUT...just seems a bit of a pain wen ppl can get into bother at work JUSt because pages contain swear words....

we dont NEED em...and think it wud be still cool without em..
