exactly As for what amp, cant really advise mate, it depends on how good your speakers are, how loud you want em, how much spare cash you have....
yeah, sounds like you definitly need another amp to power the monitors separately. you'll only ever get the same level for both sets of speakers...
you need 2 separate amps mate, you cant just plug a speaker into the mixer unless they are powered internally which it sounds like they arent....
