i'm with you 100%, the world will be better off without him (if they kill him) but there are many leaders above him on the 'evil dictators' list that we trade with.

    It's fucked up!

I'm sorry but that isn't grounds for us to invade another country.

We can't invade Americas because they still senetnce people to death, nor can we invade palistine because they're government is run by terrorists... Its now our place.

If it were our place Bush and Blair are the last people that should be making the moral decisions... Infact the UN is here to do that and guess what - the UN didn't want to go to war with Iraq - diplomacy before war is the usual route.

We then put the oil before civilian lives to add insult to injury.

i think if a governemt torures and kills it's own people then there is grounds to act with force to stop it!!

but i do agree it should be a unanimous decision by the UN and not up to Bush or Blair alone!

Then by your defention we should be invading America... they are currently sentencing prisoners to death without trial (unless they're american - then they can have a legal trial)...

i didn't say automatic invasion, but yes, something should be done about the situation there!!

their death penalty is fair enough, I don't agree with it but it's their culture, and as long as they have fair trials, but hte camp x-ray situation is wrong!

but then america is too powerful for the world to directly challenge it really, which will add power to the communist agument in the end wont it!!if all countries were equal and all that!

i think that the fact british prisoners being held at camp delta will not face the death penalty but prisoners from other countries will is appalling. If this happens surely it'll be a flagrant human rights violation?

Cuba - Camp X-Ray... All the so called Al Queda/Taliban prisoners aren't being held as PoW's so they aren't protected by the Geneva Convention, which would mean they could be tried by the same courts and under the same procedures as US soldiers. This would allow them to eb tried in war crimes trials through courts-martial or civilian courts, not in closed military tribunals. Where they can senetnced to death without a fair trial.

That is what I'm talking about... its an american prison though not cuban..

As for governments supporting terrorism and harbouring terrorists, just look at miami's anti-cuba terrorist cells, they have the full support of the american government :D

It is and it will happen...

America is one huge double standard which does as and what it pleases regardless of the consequences.
