    the bank cant do anything if you GIVE THEM permission (just like any Direct Debit - dont use them either kids)

    are you sure you weren't dealing with o2? ;)

    was it paypal as a company or and individual through an item you bought / sold that scammed you?

    also does ebay offer any kind payment protection?

    After 8 months of trying to sort it out, loads of money spent on the phone line to premium rate call centres and having to speak to their unsavory `advisors` - all awhile still having to pay whatever the company decide they want to take from account :rolleyes: NO THANK YOU

    it was a dmin error on paypals behalf and they scored big time from it.

    Iv used Nochex ever since and they have been fine (not that I have had a problem tho!) but I feel LOADS better knowing I can call somewhere in ENGLAND and am covered by ENGLISH laws when using them.

    Use a cheque Iv used ebay over 200 times and never had a problem with a cheque
