i know 'someone' who had their's done privatly for £5k was a woman surgeon and she stayed in a private hospital too where they were really good with her

its good when u can get a recommendation, ive been going to dr's for nearly 2 years to see about getting mine done because i get a really bad back and my confidence isnt particually good.

definatly going private tho im getting them done around my 21st and my parents have agreed to pay for them as they know its something that really bothers me

if my girlfriend ever wanted one i would try my best to talk her out of it. i don't think it is ever likely to be something she would consider though.

bloke at work showed me a picture of a lasses boobs on his phone today of someone he knows. she loves her tits they're about 36D but like spainiels ears, hanging round her stomach and she's quite thin. they were awful!

Healthy handfulls are just nice + pillow use too... im very happy at the moment
