So vintage fred perry is alright for u, but vintage is not alrite for me? HYpocrite!
What do u prefer girls wearing....the shit u see down on the quayside every wkend?
The punk look that's been overdone?
The 80's look thats been overdone?

I am really casual most of the time in jeans and flat shoes and tshirts or i wear short skirts.....i follow fashion (but not religiously) and am told i look good.
As long as im comfortable in what im wearing and can dance in it, thats all that matters generally:p

How can punk royal be vintage when the company only started trading in 2001 (I think).

The whole military thing is very very very dead, it took punk royal with it... I don't mind how girls dress as long as it looks stylish :D

Galliano, Cavalli, Rykiel, Jacobs, Westwood, Balenciaga, McQueen, McCartney, etc. would of got you the desired response :D

    I dont do glitter!

I bought them when they first came out, before all the shit copies with stuff like 'punk angel' written on them - theyre just shit.

Unfortunately i dont live near selfridges...would have liked to have looked at the kylie underwear range and they only stock it there

good clothes don't have to cost loads an you don't have to have the biggest names to look good, fair enough if you can afford it an have an interest in fashion then go for it...

but i wear what i like an it doesn't really matter what any1 else(spesh if they're on a messagew board ;)) thinks...

iprefer to spend what extra hard earned i have on my vinyl obsession anyways...

All way out of my budget sadly :(

punk royal itself isnt vintage, but the trousers are - they have been customised.

Are trendy and stylish the same thing?
    :)

    selfridges is in leeds?

its hardly far to go shopping.

and the black ones are still much nicer, when the army look finally dies off about xmas time you would still of been able to wear them and stay mainstream fashionable. :p

no trendy is something completely different :D

Vintage means something that is usually over 20 years in the fashion world... There is nothing vintage about khaki green punk royal combats :D

if you're not prepared to stop reading this thread then why should she have to stop arguing her point?

surely fashion is (mostly) subjective so there cannot be a 100% correct answer ever...

the scary thing is even scallies think what they wear is the height of style
